Fantastic response, communication and service. We had a small issue in our basement that was not noticed and created quite a problem. We contacted ServePro on a Sunday evening. They responded that night, arrived at our home on time with two vans filled with equipment the next morning. The issue was fixed in hours. Within one week their commercial dehydration units were removed. And construction inside shortly after. I would highly recommend using them if an issue presented itself.

My basement flooded a few weeks ago…ServPro of Geauga responded right away and got everything out and started the drying process…gotta say when I first saw the ladies I wasn’t sure they could move all that heavy furniture out but they are amazingly strong!! I hired Servpro to professionally clean my house specifically for asbestos and duct cleaning with a full wipe down of everything. Now going into this I was nervous, not to mention me and my fiancé are 23 and it’s our first house so we didn’t know what to expect, well Servpro didn’t only do what they promised me but they did extra , they made this whole experience easy and non stressful. Marcus , devante , tony and their team did an amazing job. I’m so impressed on how professional and well mannered they are. they even laid down Servpro walking matts in my whole house because I just finished my hard wood floors and they didn’t want to scratch them !
