I had a great overall experience! I made an appointment and met Tony Mayoral, he was extremely professional and as we walked through my office, he explained that it would be more beneficial to save money by doing some of these steps ourselves. He kindly explained what to do and I’m overall very happy with Tony. He didn’t make me feel like I was wasting his time, and he told me to save my money with a smile on his face. I will be calling back if I find any new issues!

Tony Mayoral came to the unit to go over the mitigation and restoration project overview, and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all questions, and even coordinated with the insurance claim handler to make sure everyone was on the same page. I just do happen to see a truck with water and fire restoration on it. So, I filled out their online contact and they called me with in 20 minutes. They also set an appointment and came out the next day and early. I appreciate the text to confirm the appointment and the ID of the person coming.
