SERVPRO of Ravenswood

Having to work with ServPro was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. They were uncommunicative, rude, misleading. They made promises they didn't keep. They burst a pipe in our kitchen, damaging our floors and lower level. Then, they shuffled blame to our insurance company, causing more and more headaches for us. They switched our Project Manager three times. They installed cabinets that they told us were damaged and should be thrown away. They broke our granite countertop and then reinstalled it broken. They painted our bedroom the wrong color. They promised a pack-out and moved almost everything to our lower level, making it inaccessible. We had to fight tooth and nail to get them to be competent in any way. A job that should have taken two months took nearly five. Do not work with them if you do not have to. They are horrible.

I highly recommend SERVPRO of Ravenswood. I chose this team because of their attentiveness and urgency from the very first phone call. Russel and his team (Jake, Oscar and Carlos) were fantastic. Communication from the team was frequent, they were patient and willing to explain everything step by step and best of all there were NO SURPRISES. Once the work was complete, Oscar had the place looking like they were never there... he even took the time to move all the furniture back exactly as it was set up when he arrived on day one. Easy 5 stars.

Russell Avery and his SERVEPRO team were terrific to work with! Russell was extremely responsive and went out of his way to help us identify the cause of the water issues we were experiencing. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend Russell and his team!

We started our Monday morning by finding water in our upstairs bathroom. Before long we found water on 3 different levels of the house. I called Servpro and Russell was at my house within an hour to help us figure out the extent of the damage. His team was there within a couple hours to start mitigation and drying! They were professional and worked very hard to get everything under control that day, and came back every day until the job was done. Couldn't recommend them more!

My apartment sustained a great deal of damage, due to a water overflow. I can’t say enough, about how terrific the Servpro team has been. So far, they’ve been great about addressing the issues, as well as my questions and concerns. Without exception, each time an appointment has been made, not only have they been kept, but amazingly on time, pretty much to the minute!

Servpro Ravenswood was so diligent and professional. My mother and I had called a plumbing service to come out to fix our tub. What we didn't know was we had a leak and old rotted pipes that ended up bursting once the plumber began working on our tub. Our home insurance recommended Servpro to us. We worked with Dakota who was beyond reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. His team was also amazing and fast. Dakota made sure my mother and I knew everything that was going on. We felt very comfortable with him and felt like friends. I give Dakota, his team and Servpro an A+. I highly recommend them!

We had an excellent experience with Servpro of Ravenswood. The team were incredible and very professional after we suffered damage in our Condo. The team came out within an hour of us calling, helped us communicate with our insurance, and began the mitigation process the next day. They were communicative throughout the whole process, explained every detail to us during the initial assessment and continuously through the drying period, and were always timely, clean, and attentive in their work. I cannot speak highly enough of Tom, Eduardo, and Brian.
