They simply had the entire project under control and I was impressed with the level of "cleanliness" on the job which made our process a lot easier for us. In addition, they had everything under code and to the correct specifications for us to install our tile. They were always accessible through phone and email, and explained the process from beginning to end. Even with confusing insurance things, we knew we were taken care of with them. I called IC Restoration Services for a consultation for a water leak. I was provided an appointment within 24 hours of my call. Ignacio & Andy came out to the site to evaluate the leak. They were honest & explained what the issue was based on the superficial evaluation and suggested repairs. They let me know that a full evaluation would be completed once the walls were opened. Once we agreed to proceed with the repairs, they worked diligently & efficiently. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. Andy was available via text and responded promptly. IC Restorations are the best. We had a water pipe leaking between an upstairs wall that went undiscovered for several days. The damage caused by the leak was extensive and needed major repair. I called IC Restoration because I was familiar with their work. They arrived quickly and they handled everything including dealing with the insurance company. They walled off all of the damaged areas with plastic to contain the debris from demolition, they brought in several heavy duty dehumidifiers to dry all of the damaged walls and ceilings, they covered all of the floors leading from the front door to the work areas. The crew that was assigned to our house was extremely courteous and professional. They showed up on time everyday and did an extraordinary job of rebuilding all of the damaged areas. I would not hesitate in the least to recommend IC Restoration to my family or friends. This company can handle anything construction related and guarantees their work. I could not be happier with my choice and I tip my hat to the owners of this fine company.
