Restored flooded basement. Went to ServPro when insurance company’s preferred vendor would not return my calls for days. Estimator arrived on time and got paperwork to insurance within a day. After approval, work begin on schedule with minimal delay between various subcontractors. Crews were professional and unobtrusive, kept noise to a minimum. Accommodating when I asked for upgrades and deviations (at additional cost). Post construction clean up was especially nice. Corrected without complaint a few minor details pointed out at final walk through. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

A total nightmare. Been dealing with issues since 7/22 and still dealing with them. Work when they feel like it. Have to explain to them how to do the work correctly. No communication Poor quality of work Disorganized Used no equipment to make sure that you weren't breathing in bad quality of air. You are a dollar sign not a priority Set to their standards not yours. They laid my carpet first then covered it with that carpet stick on guard. Then put up my suspended ceiling. The ceiling is almost 2 inches closer to the ground compared to what it originally was. When I brought this to their attention they said it's a standard so live with it. The carpet was all sticky from leaving the film on it for 5 months. They had t cut the carpet to put some leveling compound in a small area, then when they repaired the seam it was totally unacceptable. They don't work with you! They expect me to pay again to get it replaced, when it wasn't my fault. It's all about money to them. NOT THE CUSTOMER. There are pictures attached to back up my complaint. You were paid 18,000. As for the contractors, you claim that would not come back, you fired one of them and the ceiling tiles had to be cut 3 different times. I wouldn't want to come back to keep fixing others mistakes. You forgot to mention that the contractor who installed the ceiling wired the electric all wrong and therfore I had to wait a week before the electric could be turned back on and others were getting shocked downstairs. The sconces I had were ripped off my wall and broken. The chair rail and cosmetic strips had to be put up to hide the disgusting seams. They weren't there And I really had no choice but to hide the mess up. You took 15 months and there is still work that needs to be done. I have to super glue the corner of the patched carpet. Paint the other side of the chair rail. Replace an uneven cut door. Etc. So yes, my time is worth 1,200. I also have to live with the 2 inch ceiling difference. Thanks

My situation was that while getting a new roof put on and after they had removed all the sheets of plywood, we got hit with a rain deluge. Servpro was hired to fix the damage. They came in and cleaned it all up, packed all my belongings and furniture into a POD that was kept in my driveway. They had to replace all my ceilings and repaint, shampoo carpet and replace all my ceiling fans and fixtures, bring all the furniture and boxes back into the house. The work they did was professionally done and they always kept in touch with my husband and I to let us know everything that was going on. My home looks better now than it ever did. I’m so thankful that the owner of this franchise was as conscientious and sympathetic to our needs as he was. He’s a true perfectionist and a man of honesty. He did above and beyond of what his job required to get my home back in shape. My husband and I are forever grateful for his help.

The entire team was outstanding from start to finish. We had a pipe break in our basement on Friday of a holiday weekend. They responded immediately and took care of the remediation process and coordinated the repair process accommodating our needs for a family party. They were incredibly professional, I can’t say enough good things about them. I will definitely use them again.

From Rick Davis, After our basement was flooded we were desperate. I had three different insurance adjusters telling me several different stories as to what would be covered. I subsequently call SERVPRO and contacted Chasity. She immediately assumed control of all the insurance issues relieving my frustration. Then she organized the massive clean of our basement and all the repairs. Chasity politely contacted us before each step of our restoration. We will be forever grateful to all the employees at SERVPRO for coming to our rescue during our time of need!
