Cleveland Masters of Disasters Restoration LLC did an absolutely amazing job! From the moment I called, their team was quick to respond, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took a stressful situation and made the entire restoration process smooth and worry-free. Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with — friendly, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to making sure everything was done right. He kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The quality of their work is outstanding, and my home looks better than ever. They did a great job in many aspects but did not finish the job. Overcharged and when confronted will not answer did not complete mitigation on my fire, I’ve had damages on my home outside of the actual fire while they were working. They did not complete the mitigation that they were contracted for. They contacted my insurance company directly to get more money 25k without my knowledge until after the fact, which they received. They were also receiving money from me directly. They want to be paid out before they have completed everything so they can run. And they will which they did to me after they received almost all of the money. And they didn’t work on my house for almost 4 months even though I had paid them a down payment of 25k and two other payments of 33k each. I have had a leak in my ceiling since because whoever they hired to do plumbing is sub par. I had to install a light fixture myself and pay extra to get a different outlet for my dryer even though they had my specs for my appliances for almost a year. They will become aggressive with you if you if you question them and I don’t even know if I have a permit to live in my house despite bringing this issue to their attention. They just don’t care.

I've used these guys several times over the years. They are extremely responsive, very knowledgeable and professional. Even after the job was completed the team took the time to answer all of my questions and promptly addressed any concerns I had.

Excellent experience. They came highly recommended from a friend as my toilet was leaking underneath every time I flushed it and leaking downstairs into my kitchen!!!!!! Called them after hours on a Monday night. The man was so sweet. He told me to refrain from flushing the toilet overnight as best I can and that clean water was leaking which was correct. He had his guys out there at 9am the next morning. They were professional, fixed the problem in like 20 minutes. With a new seal. And cleaned up afterwards. The price was excellent and they did not charge me an emergency fee. Now no more leaks. Yay

Cleveland MOD has performed multiple project for me at my company. Bryan has always gone above and beyond to make sure they get the job done right and on time for me. He will answer is phone no matter what time of day it is. I highly recommend them for all of your restoration or remediation needs!
