I recently used ServPro of Gateway and Western Lake County or a major flood within a historic commercial facility. From the first phone call to establish service throughout the entire service period, the team at ServPro were highly professional and outstanding! The project manager Mike and his crew were phenomenal in the care, attention, and explanation of the services we would receive. They provided great communication daily receiving updates from them as needed. I highly recommend ServePro for disaster recovery as they exceeded all expectations during a very difficult time. Although our basement flood could’ve been a lot worse – we had a lot of anxiety and fear about the damage that was done. The Servpro team was so professional and thorough. They made me feel at ease that they were really checking every spot and making sure that we didn’t have mold growth - and wouldn’t in the future. The gentlmen who helped us were professional, up front with cost, very respectful! They followed that up with great work and got the entire area cleaned. This happened on a Sunday to boot so they eased our worry by completing the job quick and ensuring that everything will be cleaned and taken care of.
