Edmondson Restoration

I had a bit of a mold emergency back in October. After going through a few other potential vendors, I found the professionalism and knowledgeability at Edmondson’s refreshing and reassuring. They came in shortly after our assessment and quickly did a full remediation. They didn’t take shortcuts and were very open to communicate during the process. My particular situation ended up costing under 4k, which was much lower as compared to other services I was looking into at the time. Hope they keep up the great work! What should have been a straightforward restoration project has been stretched out for months due to avoidable mistakes early on, inconsistent communication, and several tasks I had to follow up on myself because they weren’t completed correctly the first time. After paying a substantial amount, the lack of urgency and attention to detail only got worse. I’ve now gone weeks without a response in regards to multiple attempts to obtain an updated reconstruction quote, and because of this lack of follow-through, I’ve had to seek out another company to step in so I have a chance of getting back into my home before Christmas. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Edmondson.

The team at Edmonson Restoration was wonderful! From my initial inquiry all the way to the end it was great. Kyle and his team made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and answered any and all questions I had during the process(which was a lot because this was the first time I had to deal with water damage). I love that they are there from beginning to end and I didn't have to worry about finding a different company for every little thing. Highly recommend!!!

The crew is great! Hunter and the rest of the team worked quickly and did a thorough job of bringing up the floor and carpet and placing the dehumidifiers to dry out our bathroom. Steve Rebl is also very knowledgeable and got things going with our homeowners insurance right away! Would definitely recommend this company Update: Our bathroom has now been restored and looks great! Thank you to Alonzo and David for paying close attention to detail and for getting the job finished in a timely fashion!

I contacted Edmondson Restoration after noticing visible mold on some of our air vents in the finished basement. Steve Rebl responded incredibly quickly and was at our home within 24 hours to conduct testing. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms. I truly appreciated his professionalism, thoroughness, and how comfortable he made the process. Highly recommend Edmondson Restoration for anyone needing mold inspection or remediation!

Restoration at its best! Three weeks of rain revealed 2 leak with mold on the ceiling and in my kitchen. Steve promptly came over and checked it out. He sent a wonderful roofer to check out the roof and things were fixed. No more leaks or mold.Best person and company!! Bath repapered. Very pleased with the work!
