Unabashedly Recommend! The Best Experience with Sidney the Mold Man! We had the absolute best experience with Sidney and could not be happier with him and the work he performed. From the very first interaction, Sidney was the epitome of professionalism and politeness. First, he provided a very reasonable quote for the work, a service some competitors were going to charge us $150 just to provide. This upfront fairness set the tone for the entire project. Sidney was precisely on time for every single appointment and always notified us before he arrived. He did everything exactly as he said he would, completing the work on time, leaving the space perfectly clean, and executing the job flawlessly. Beyond his excellent work, Sidney is just a pleasant, knowledgeable, and wonderful person. We genuinely loved having him in our home. We unabashedly recommend Sidney the Mold Man to anyone in the Columbus, Ohio area who needs mold remedied. His price was incredibly reasonable, his work is impeccable, and his professionalism is second to none. We will definitely be using him for any future projects!

Sidney treated my basement walls, graded the soil around my home, installed some window well covers, and put in a vapor barrier in my crawl space. The communication throughout was exceptional, the prices were more than reasonable, and the quality of the work was without equal. It's a family business and Sidney might be the most honest and hard working guy in the state. If there's anyone I know who has concerns about their basements and mold remediation, I know I'm sending them the Mold Man's info.

Sydney and his crew did an incredible job for us tackling mold and water intrusion in our basement. Sydney’s communication was above and beyond - sending us detailed emails of the progress he made each day, his plan for the following day, and tons of pictures. He was incredibly easy to work with and while I don’t hope for mold or water intrusion in the future, I’m happy to now have a great contact should we need him again. He left our basement looking better than ever. Can’t recommend The Mold Man enough!

When I initially reached out to The Mold Man, LLC about 3-4 months ago, I got the recording that said that they were booked up for the next month or so with jobs to complete and would not be able to take any new request at that time, however after having looked at their website and saw their affiliation and rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the reviews that others had made something inside of me said you know what just wait. Try them back in a few days/weeks and see what updated they may have been able to make at that time so I waited. Man oh man was I so glad I did because when I called back even though the recording still said that they were booked up. I went ahead and left a message because something was pulling at me to just persist with THIS company over any other. So I waited and when I did call back, I got a female who answered and took my information and request and said that they would get back to me and they did, the very next day, and I was so glad because when I did finally get to meet the Owner of The Mold Man, LLC, Sidney Bigham, at my home for an estimate there was just an overwhelming good vibe. I just felt a good vibe about him and something told me that this was the guy I was going to work with and I’m so glad I did because the work that they did, the professionalism, the superior quality, The Customer Service was by far THE best I had seen and experienced in several years especially since post Covid. It seems like Customer Service has become a thing of the past, but not with The Mold Man, LLC, Sid and his team provided the most professional customer service and quality of work to my basement that I ever could even have imagined. The quality of the work that they did was superior. In fact I feel like they went over and above my expectations to be honest! Again when Sid said that he and his team was going to be at my house at a particular date and time he was there early! Everything was done with superior professionalism, quality and service and I’m just over the moon with this company. I have referred them to some my friends for their future needs and I’m wishing that this company will continue to grow. I wish Sid and his team the best. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the service that was provided. I just can’t I could go on and on. I’m just over the moon with price which was also very reasonable. In fact I felt like I was ripping him off after experiencing the quality of work that was done and the extent of work that was done. Sydney aka Mold Man is awesome. He responded to my inquiry right away and he was able to make it to my home quicker than expected. He didn’t cut any corners during the inspection. He walked my entire attic space which is a small inconvenient attic with little room to maneuver. He took several pictures to review with me and gave an honest assessment. His knowledge and advice gave me peace of mind. There was absolutely no pressure with Sydney. He didn’t try to push any unnecessary services on us. We’ll be contacting him with any future needs.
