Wow! We hadn't had our carpet professionally cleaned in years, and now I can't imagine not doing this regularly. Jonathan and Jamal of King of Kings Carpet Cleaning were extremely conscientious and professional, and we were all surprised at the difference they were able to make in our 30+ year old carpet! Many reviewers have noted their timeliness and thorough communication, and we certainly had the same experience. I will recommend this company to all our friends, and I'm scheduling my dad's house next!

As a father of five, it was very important for me to use someone who understood our needs, would use a CHILD FRIENDLY solution, and did not have a long drying time because of over-weting . From the phone call to make the appointment to the day of cleaning, communication was clear and professional. I received a reminder text a couple days before, a text when they were en route the day of, and a little education for floor care. The fews stains we had were left unseen (nail polish, dog sitting on stairs, and mascara). This father and son did a great job and I will recommend and use them again.
