I have had such a great experience with Thompson Restoration all the way from Corbin who did my initial estimate, Greg and Phil who did the mitigation work on my basement, and Mike who did the rebuild estimate. I especially want to shout out Greg and Phil who i saw on a nearly daily basis as they worked to get my basement dry after a leak. They were professional, detailed, and friendly. Even my dogs were happy to see them when they’d arrive in the mornings lol. Highly recommend this company. 10/10 professionalism, work ethic, communication, and friendliness.

Overall the experience with Thompson was a positive one. I had significant damage to my kitchen because if a fire. I also had much smoke damage to several rooms in my condo. Thompson was very efficient in getting work lined up to take care of it all. We did have a glitch with getting the cabinets replaced due to the manufacturer’s fault but Tony and Carolyn worked very hard to resolve the issue. Troy in particular did a great job painting the kitchen and ceiling. He went the extra mile when installing the cabinets to make sure that job was perfect and it was!

The insurance company created a moldy mess in our house by not responding to our claim. Thompson arrived the same day they received the call. and the problem was quickly resolved. Greg and Phil started working on the mitigation process. They removed the mess and dried out the area. Mike, the estimator, arrived the day the dry-out was completed. I would recommend Thompson to anyone looking for quick, quality work.

We had a leak affecting several of our bedrooms in a multistory condo community. Between the building, our insurance company and their preferred vendors, we found that we were constantly chasing after answers and followups. We called Thompson the day before a major holiday and received a call back within an hour and they worked around to get someone out the day after the holiday, whereas our insurance vendor was pushing things out by 6 or 7+ days where we'd just be stuck without any progress.

The Thompson Restoration Associates team did an outstanding job putting our home back together. Great attention to every detail. All restoration done in a timely mannner. I highly recommend this team if you are in need of any repairs at your home!

We had a large tree fall on our house from a storm and the work done is beautiful! We have gotten many compliments on the outside and inside work. Anthony and his teammates truly do very detailed and excellent work. Only giving four stars because communication in the summer with the office wasn’t the best (with some project delays as a result), but it was remedied later. Thank you!

Thompson Restoration completed a mold remediation project for us. Dominique and Luke came out and took care of our home like it was their own. They communicated with us every step of the way, provided us with accurate timelines, and kept the problem contained while completing their demo. You can tell they are experts and have a protocol that they follow to ensure the work being done has your best interest in mind. Very happy with the service, the timeliness and professionalism. I have already sent someone their way. Will leave a follow up to this review once we meet with the structural team to repair our home.
