This company went above and beyond to ensure the safety of our family. After discovering a leak that was happening in a house we purchased from the toilet, causing mold in the garage and in between the two floors, they were able to immediate everything quickly efficiently and safely. The other company we got a quote from Quoted 7500 and they came in at half of that cost for the same work. The repair looks excellent and we can now sleep at night. Not only do they provide great service when you're in a reactive mode they also are full of great tips for things to look out for when you are purchasing a home so you don't run into nightmares like we did.

Adrian and his wife are the absolute best They were dependable, honest, educational and did a great job handling our very unique home. They took special care to help us whenever they could. They were able to help save our wood crown molding and they even helped to save a large piece of artwork. Adrian was very clear about the process and what was to be done. Adrian, Nico, and their team were amazing!! We had a mold dog come before they came to do the remediation to find any hidden mold, but Adrian found a lot of hidden mold the mold dog missed. If it weren't for Adrian's expertise we would still be unknowingly living in mold. We had mold in nearly every room of our home and Adrian did an excellent job removing it and making sure our home was clean, safe, and mold free. He communicated with me and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and took photos at every stage of remediation. I was very impressed with the level of integrity, professionalism, and quality of the work. I'm so grateful to have found MoldFix and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs remediation.

Adrian and Nico are gems! They take their job seriously and do everything they can for their customers.
