We had such a great experience working with Alex from Superior for our bathroom remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Alex was incredibly kind, attentive, and easy to work with from start to finish. He consistently had our best interest in mind, especially when it came to keeping costs reasonable without compromising quality. He brought in top-tier professionals to get the job done, and our new bathroom looks amazing. Highly recommend!

We had a chimney fire back in 2022 and hired Superior Restoration for the mitigation work and the repair work. Dave was our project manager and Brian oversaw the financials. Dave did all the work, dealing with the county for proper permits and inspections, hiring contractors for the repairs. The communication was very open which I found valuable. I can’t understate how good the communication was during the whole process. We just now got the house repairs finished in Feb. 2025. Understand things won’t always move quickly, especially when your home owners insurance is involved. We had some major problems receiving the proper funding for repairs. For example, we experienced roof damage from the fire. Our adjuster only wanted the damaged area of roofing to be repaired rather than replace the entire roof. However, Dave pushed the Insurance to have the entire roof replaced because no roofing company would warranty a repair because of the risk of future roof leaks. This was a big deal, we ended up receiving a new roof thanks to Dave pushing the point. Remember, insurance companies are not your friend, they rarely pay you enough to cover all the repair costs. This delayed the job for months while we fought to get funding. But, during the whole process I found Dave and Brian’s priority was getting us back into our home. I would recommend Superior Restoration to anyone in a similar situation that myself and my family has been through. We learned a lot during this experience. Trust the process, there will be ups and downs, it can be a traumatic experience for your kids, and the stress involved can be overwhelming. Superior Reatoration was great. SUPERVISOR Jaime kept me in the loop, addressed any questions or concerns throughout the whole mitigation process. His crew was very professional.

Very helpful and honest contractors. Last summer I discovered a leak behind a bathroom that soaked the interior of my walls. I called Superior Restoration and they assessed the situation. I ended up needing multiple walls opened and some ruined flooring removed, as well as an air scrubber and dehumidifier. Superior Restoration helped me through the process of asbestos testing (mine is an old house), and when we received a positive result, they coordinated with me to get the contaminated flooring out with minimal disruption to the drying-out process. Victor was very forthright and honest with me, balancing the needs of the job with ways I could save money on this unexpected expense. The team was surgical, demolishing what was required while taking care to preserve as much as possible. Each team member was easy to communicate with, timely, and professional. Their tech who picked up the equipment at the end even helped rehang a door for me just to be kind! Good experience working with them during a very high-stress time.

This is an extremely professional and helpful company. There work was thorough, timely and the office staff polite and patient. The crew at all phases were patient in explaining the process and timely in completing the work. They helped make an unfortunate turn of events in my home a smoother process and even handled things with my insurance company. I highly recommend this team!
