We had a flood in our home. Upstairs nd downstairs. I was pretty upset but when Roberto and his crew arrived, they got right to work doing exactly what needed to be done. Roberto let us know the steps they would take to make sure there was no further damage done to our home. The crew did very neat and professional work. They were always on time and very kind. I will always highly recommend them.

Michael was high ownership, trustworthy, and communicative: a dream to work with. Very clear expectations set from initial visit to project finish and without overpromising they were in the end able to execute a few special requests that streamlined subsequent repairs. Dialogue on costs/schedule was a refreshing contrast to my only other remediation experience (a much bigger company who left me feeling manipulated). Excellent documentation & job got done without me needing to show up on site amidst it!

It was late in the afternoon when I noticed that there was a leaking pipe in our washer room and left some damages in our ceiling. KUDOS to Josh Morrison and his team. After an hour of contacting them, they showed up early and ready to work to fix my problem. They were professional and easy to work with. Did the first job pretty quick and left with a neat and clean work. Josh went above and beyond by helping me to find a plumber and a contractor to finish up everything. Plus getting contact with my Home Insurance to ease some burden. He really made sure that I was taking care off on everything. Grateful that I had Josh and his team.

West Coast Fire and Water did a great job remediating the water damage from a leak in my bathroom. They were prompt, thorough, sent great people and very accurate in their estimate and worked well with the insurance company. They were also very adept at using technology to make the communication process smooth and efficient. West Coast Fire and Water was recommended to me by the plumbers who discovered a leak from my dishwasher. Roberto Balandran from West Coast Fire and Water came to evaluate the damage and found that the cabinet boxes, the flooring and the subfloor had all been damaged and that there was mold and rot because of that damage. His crew removed the damaged material and placed large air blowers to dry the remaining cabinets and flooring. The removal and drying process took only two days. Mr. Belandran and his crew were all efficient and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions I had about what was being done and why. I highly recommend West Coast Fire and Water.
