Shane and his team are five stars. I had a water leak in my utility room - I called late afternoon on Monday, and the team was at my house, as promised, at 8:30 on Tuesday morning. They were efficient and thorough. They cleaned up the water, removed the doors and baseboards, dried under and behind the walls. And they came back twice to check for any remaining moisture before removing the fans and driers on Friday. They also carefully moved, cleaned and replaced the bench and utility racks that were in the room when it flooded. All in all, competent and professional. As a homeowner, you hope never to need these services, but I am glad that I called on Shane for help when I did need help.

Shane, Hugo and Michael were helpful, professional and empathetic when dealing with our water damage. Shane, in particular, provided excellent communication. Servpro was there the night of the leak and make follow up visits according to our schedule. Very impressed. Wish they could do the reconstruction.
