After our water heater (attic) failed we experienced extensive garage and laundry room water damage. Owner Orlando followed the plumbers got his crew immediately on the situation drying and protecting our home. They also cleanly removed the damaged drywall and insulation, lined up a repair team and took care of all the insurance paperwork and contacts. I highly recommend. Bob

Big thank you to Orlando and team. They provided fans and dehumidifier to help dry out our floors after a flood. Due to our circumstances, we were not able to use them for our total redo. However, they offered total care for us while we had to wait for another contractor. I highly recommend them.

True North Restoration was my call when I had a water leaking into my kitchen ceiling. Orlando assessed the situation and assured me the leak was contained and remediation wasn't required. He also connected me to a roofer to fix the source of the leak. I felt we received an honest assessment and weren't taken advantage of. Will call True North again if I have water leaks/damage.
