All Claims Repairs

My townhouse had a third floor flood from my washing machine. The Mulhauser Road location in Ohio took care of me . I cannot thank their crew enough!! From the first phone call with Kristy; she got me thru the whole process. Aaron and so many others were such good people. In the atmosphere of our world today it’s a blessing for others to treat you as you would family. Thank you again!

Update: getting ready to hire them for my bathroom again! Wow! I put in a claim to my homeowners insurance in the afternoon by that night All Claims had the mold team at my house setting up their machines. I had the pleasure of working with Project Manager Jeff Ardolino he was 5 stars! Jeff kept us up to date on the entire process, he was caring and understanding, and even worked with my schedule. I appreciate everything Jeff and All Claims did for us, our bathroom turned out excellent! If I ever need work in the future I know who I'm calling.

Great experience with all claims and Joe Santore. I never felt the need to micro manage the project because Joe had it completely under control. Good quality, good timing, and good people to work with. Had entire home re floored, painted, baseboards and bathroom vanity

All Claims just completed a renovation project at my home due to an extensive water leak. While there were some challenges along the way— as expected with any major repair - the final result is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier. That outcome is entirely thanks to the dedication and professionalism of the project manager, Scott Blair and construction lead, Francisco. The work included new flooring throughout the house, trim, drywall and painting walls, new bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets and countertops, and backsplash among other things. Throughout the process, they were attentive, communicative, and always willing to make adjustments to ensure I was satisfied. What really stood out was their help with the design aspects, especially in the kitchen. They made fantastic suggestions that improved functionality, like adding a dual trash bin drawer, spice rack, and baking sheet storage—things I didn’t even know I needed but now love. They were also flexible and accommodating when it came to my personal design choices, allowing me to use custom materials I provided, such as custom handmade tile for the kitchen backsplash. When one of the bath vanities I ordered didn’t fit the space exactly, they went above and beyond to make it work—finding the perfect trim pieces to blend the gaps seamlessly. That kind of attention to detail and commitment to finding solutions really made the experience feel collaborative and cared for. Renovations are rarely smooth from start to finish, but having a team that listens, adapts, and ultimately delivers a stunning result makes all the difference. Scott and Francisco are incredible assets and All Claims is lucky to have such a top notch crew! I’m incredibly grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them!

Had a water leak in master bedroom walk in closet. Apparently it was a slow leak and could have leaking for some time. I had to remove shoes, clothes, everything from the closet. Wasn't cool, and let's just say I wasn't happy. Contacted All Claims Repair, and they sent staff to assess damage, mold, and repair. Upon agreement the work was started and completed in a timely fashion. All Claims Repairs staff was very efficient and professional. Made me happy. Would recommend them to family and friends.

I have nothing but positive things to say about and praise for Kenny and Hilario and the way they handled the remediation of water damage and mold in my home. They were respectful, pleasant, efficient and communicative, showing up on time or calling to let me know when they were delayed. Because of the way they worked, I had total confidence in what they were doing. During what could have been a stressful time they created for me a totally stress-free experience. They have my appreciation and respect.

Everything is perfect. I got my house back. Contractor Scott was great and Sandro Campbell was so good at making sure everything was done super well.
