Excellent and genuine customer service experience from this company. The owner, Doug, was on top of the entire situation at my parents apartment throughout the entire process and followed up on a timely manner. He made my elderly parents feel like they were being taken care of by someone who really cares about helping. Companies now days are only in it for the bucks and Doug is someone who really went above and beyond to show his company is there to HELP and to resolve the situation, and not just doing a job to get paid. I would recommend Restoration Xperts to anyone who is having this terrible situation of having to deal with leaking pipes and getting their place cleaned up. OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM DOUG. Restoration xperts came and gave me a free quote. Webert came and did his job flawlessly. I was properly informed of step by step if I decided to go with their company. I never felt pushed, or rushed. He follow up with sending me the emails and a check in phone calls. I am waiting for my insurance as well as my HOA on how to proceed. My HOA will contact them and I am hopeful that we will do business restoration experts.

Finding mold in your home is never a fun experience, dealing with everything has been a large hassle for me. As far as Restoration Xperts is concerned they did a phenomenal job! Everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind, and informative. They helped me understand the process, and explained everything to me multiple times. Jeff Sylvain and Marco, both did an incredible job removing all the contaminants out of my home while keeping the disturbance to my personal life at a minimum. Everything was sealed properly, removed adequetly, and they went as far as cleaning everything up for me. Honestly my living room smells better than when they started. There's still a ways to go to get my place feeling right again, but I highly recommend Restoration Xperts if you need help with your home!

Webert inspected my father Dave's house and did an outstanding job. He was on time, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond every single day checking in with us, asking if there was anything he could do to help move the process forward. we decided to do the work ourselves in the end, if we hadn't, Webert would've been our first choice without a doubt. I’m very happy with the job that was done on my condo it took along time . But the end result is beautiful . I especially want to mention Paul the project mgr for working thru all the hold ups .
