I’d give RestorePro a 5+ if I could. We worked with both a mitigation team and the restoration team. Josh Goins and Hayden Switzer were incredible to work with. We had a slow leak in a second story shower that caused damage to both second story bathrooms and affected the ceilings below. The bathrooms were both gutted and I was nervous. Both teams were incredibly efficient and easy to work with. The tile installation was done by a true craftsman and the outcome was beyond my expectations.

I can't thank RestorePro enough for their incredible support during our mold remediation process in our new build. From the moment we reached out, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Dave and Mitch were especially amazing—they guided us through every step, ensuring our home was safe for our family. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly made a difference. We had a great experience with RestorePro Construction’s flood and water mitigation team. Charlie and Nick walked into what felt like a disaster area and managed to remove all the damaged materials and initiate the necessary flood mitigation in a single day. Tim and Will C. followed up throughout the week, checking water saturation levels and adjusting or removing equipment as needed. Ashley, the project manager, was communicative and came out to the site to oversee the work being done. The entire team was extremely polite, professional, and attentive to detail. They were also empathetic to our situation and took the time to listen to our concerns. During an incredibly stressful time, they were a reliable and reassuring presence. We are so grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend RestorePro to anyone facing a similar situation.

Update: I am now four weeks into this project and still living in a hotel room. My damaged carpets are still sitting in my house. Nothing has happened with phase 2. Additionally, I got a ridiculous bill from this company for the first phase which included thousands of dollars worth of work that they did not do. (Some of it was work that I actually did myself or hired other people to do. Some of it was Work that still hasn’t been done) . I cannot get anyone from the billing department of the company to call me back or email me back after a week of trying. I am really disappointed. There are so many things that have been damaged in my home through this process that I don’t even know where to turn. What a nightmare. After a big letdown by another company first, this team came in ready to take action and get things done! I have to give a huge shoutout to Jahir for his attention to detail, positive attitude, and level of compassion. I knew that when he was onsite at my home for this initial cleanup and drying out process, that I could trust what was happening, and that I didn’t need to stand there and supervise. I felt very confident with Jahir and his team, lead by their project manager Leo. Leo was responsive, kind, and detail oriented. Thank you guys! I hope that the phase two team will live up to my expectations now!

After a bit of a water crisis in my home, RestorePro was quick to show up with everything needed to get everything dried back out and mitigate any damage. Tim and Antonio were especially helpful. Tim helped coordinate with my insurance to make sure the whole process could move along as smoothly as possible. Highly recommend their services!

I had a fantastic experience with RestorePro. I had water damage from a broken pipe on a second floor level. They did the drying out and repairs and did a fabulous job. They were very prompt with all the work. I never had to hound anyone to get things done. Mike was my project manager and I could not have asked for anyone more competent or efficient. Chad, Kennedy and Justin were efficent and very communicative throughout the restoration process needed after our house fire. They responded the first morning we reached out to them and began mitigation work same-day. It was a huge relief to have them get to work so quickly. They made a difficult situation as positive an experience as possible. Very thankful for the team's quick work to get us back home!
