Coming home to water leaking from the bathtub and moisture wicking up the walls is a scary situation for anyone. I wasn’t sure what to do but when I called my daughter she knew just the company to recommend. Quinton and Adam at Jenkins restorations came out to my home and helped me through the whole process. They were able to find the cause and make recommendations to correct the issue. They assisted me with finding the right plumber to fix the leaky faucet while Quinton removed and dried the damaged drywall. They were honest and pleasant and made me feel like part of their family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for water mitigation or restoration work.

We are really pleased with the performance customer service and just everything about this company. We had some pipes freeze and burst in our home I filed my insurance claim the company responded immediately they showed up every day on time Terrence was extremely professional handled everything that he was supposed to handle and really took the time and care to walk us through the process to help us get through this hard time. We thank you for everything you do. Its been an outstanding experience!

While they were working on another project at a neighbors, they saw one of our windows break! They came over and helped us immediately. Very friendly, very professional. And we are grateful for them helping us in a time of need! Quickly! Braden was especially helpful!

I had water damage in one room of my house 6 months ago and the renovation is still not complete. my insurance recommended these people so I thought it was safe. the contractors that were doing the job made so many mistakes that it isn’t even worth typing out because it would be too long. basically after MONTHS of trash and materials in my yard and the bedroom being a complete mess, they stopped responding consistently. they would tell me things will be ready on a certain day, I would clear my schedule, and then I wouldn’t hear from them for days. not only is their work on my home incredibly questionable and low effort, but their communication could not be worse. I have spent a lot of money just fixing things that they have damaged or left unfinished just so I could have a livable home. the project manager shane is okay but hard to get in contact with. now im at a point where shane is taking angie off of the job and finding new contractors. this has been so disruptive to my life and the longest renovation job i’ve ever witnessed for just one room. jenkins seems to run their company poorly and I wouldn’t recommend using them.

After a small flood damaged our dining room ceiling, Zach and Jay made multiple trips to our home over 5 days as part of a moisture mitigation plan prior to repairs. They put us at ease right away and were polite, respectful, communicative, and got the job done with a minimum of fuss. They were careful and thoughtful in our home and even swept the floor. We are very happy with their work.

Terrance and Mikel were very helpful and demonstrated a great deal of knowledgeable about their job. They took the time to answer questions to make myself and wife feel at ease with the process, given the unfortunate circumstances surrounding their visit. If all Jenkins employees possessed the same customer service and worth ethic as those two gentlemen, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!!!

We had a leak in our kitchen that caused mold in the wall and a lot of water damage. We used Jenkins Restorations for the mold remediation, water mitigation, and repair work. We had to have the upper and lower cabinets, counters, and backsplash torn out in half of our kitchen to get rid of all the mold, and then it all had to be repaired. We were dreading the process but Jenkins honestly made it SO easy. Every single person we worked with was nice and professional. Communication was great every step of the process. We worked with Lance for all the repair work and we are so happy with the results. His guys worked quick and did such high quality work. Lance was great with communication and making sure were informed all throughout. We would happily use Lance and his team in the future for repair work in our home. We really don't have a single complaint, which I feel is rare for this type of work.
