I cannot say enough great things about this restoration company! From the very first phone call, their team was professional, prompt, and incredibly reassuring during a very stressful situation. They showed up quickly, assessed the damage thoroughly, and walked me through every step so I always knew what was happening. Their crew worked efficiently and treated my home with so much care — you can tell they truly take pride in what they do. The quality of their work was amazing, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was completely restored and safe. Communication was excellent the entire time, pricing was straightforward, and the customer service was outstanding. If you ever need restoration services, this is the company you want in your corner. Highly recommended!

They will only take advantage of you especially if you are elderly. They ripped off my recently deceased father. Refuse to finish the job or fix the electrical issue in the house. They refuse to provide the roofer information. They messed up on his roof cutting the shingles too short, causing water to pour in from the fireplace. They also lied about the insurance company denying the joists being replaced so there is a valley in the roof still to this day. Totally missed the literal holes in the back part of the roof. Harassed my father at the skilled nursing facility he was at telling him he had to choose from the thinnest cheapest linoleum I've ever seen. The locks they installed on the doors barely worked with a key. The metal on the lock was so flimsy I could bend it with one hand. They left a mess through out the inside and outside of the house. They wouldn't order the tile that we selected. They tried installing a matte white tile and lied saying that my father selected it. Then admitted to their lies. I recorded every conversation I had with Ben. The number one crook. You want proof please reach out to me and I will gladly provide hundreds of pictures and video of the absolute wreck they left of my father's house. Every single hole cut for the wall plug in was cut too big, the toilet leaks, the LED light in the upstairs bathroom popped when turned on, the smoke detectors continue to beep and nothing has been fixed after they rewired the whole house, water was pouring in above the fireplace and Ben set there looking me in the eye claiming it was from the cap of the chimney when it was bc they cut the shingles too short. Trust me, this company will be reported to the attorney general and I will never recommend these thieves to anyone. Please see the photos of their work. My only hope is that NO ONE EVER DOES BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS EVER AGAIN!

I had an excellent experience with Phoenix Restoration Services. I called them late at night, and they responded right away, sending someone over to help my mother-in-law with a broken hot water tank. The team worked tirelessly through the night to clean up the water and resolve the issue. They even took care of everything with her insurance, which was a huge relief. They really went above and beyond. I highly recommend their services and would definitely call on them again if needed!

This company was very professional and hardworking. They did a wonderful job packing out all my belongings and delivering them in a safe and timely manner which fit my schedule needs. Nothing was damaged, staff was kind, extremely skilled and non judgmental. They were able to move heavy things with obtuse angles with little to no difficulty ensuring the safe transfer of all my belongings and no damage to my new home! I would recommend them to all my friends and family and would use them in my next move!

We had a water leak in our shower that required drywall removal in order to find out where it was coming from. Phoenix was here very quickly to evaluate the issue. They set up a crew to take out drywall, damaged carpet, complete mold remediation and sealed everything to allow for plumbing repairs. They were friendly and professional and respected both my home and my time. It was wonderful to have a one stop company to help make a stressful situation go much smoother. Will definitely use Phoenix Restoration again and refer them to friends and family!!

After my home was devastated by a fire I worked with Phoenix restoration for the repairs. Their great customer service and timing was immaculate. I would recommend them to anyone who has a problem as big as mine or as little as getting your carpets cleaned!
