Sharing this review about a blessing that happened to me and my family after my water heater broke and made a extensive damage to my home. From Gorge and Emily to his entire team that took part on this project all were professional and timely to fix and even when things got difficult to navigate they responded with care and professionalism above and beyond the call. Can't say more than thank you for all you guys did for us. Highly recommend them for your home restoration needs !!. Definitely my first call.

Complete Fire & Water Restoration was great from the start helping us make our insurance claim and ensuring we got compensated for everything lost in the fire. Mary took care of our personal belongings and went the extra to make sure my husband’s sentimental items were saved and cleaned. We would have been lost without them throughout this process.

We were very please with the work of Isaac Hayward and Mark Rubi. We had issues getting other companies coming to remove carpet due to a toilet over flow. They were contacted in the morning and they were here in the afternoon to asset the damage. The next day they were here to take up the damaged carpet. Very professional and did an excellent job. We definitely would recommend this company for water removal. Thanks guys!!!

I came home from a family dinner on a weekday and found a major leak in my home. Called their company and they had a water mitigation crew there in a little over an hour. They assessed, setup industrial equipment and briefed me on my next steps within an hour. They followed up daily to see the progress of the drying out the damages. Then got their estimator in quickly and got the estimate to my insurance within a day. The estimate never got kicked back by my insurance and now I’ll be starting the renovation soon. I love how they are a one stop shop company. Makes the process easier, and a big shout out to Isaac. Solid dude that does everything he say he will.
