We had some water damage and mold in our house in several rooms and the guys from First Response came out quickly and removed all the damage. They were extremely professional, prompt and reasonably priced. They did a thorough cleanup when they were done and we were very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend First Response!

Very pleased with their service. On a Sunday morning, I found flooding in my basement. I called them and they came within a few hours. A few hours later my basement was water-free. They even lathered the floor with anti-fungal to prevent mold. Due to their swift and decisive action, one would never know my finished basement was ever underwater.

First Response is one of those rare services these days that display professionalism, expertise, compassion and a sense of urgency that all in one package produce impressive results. Ours was a time sensitive urgent need.. returned to a black-mold infested room and had one week to address before leaving the country again. They assessed and remediated within a day of notification!
