Jorge , Sergio and the crew did a FANTASTIC job.. ZD was one of the few contractors we’ve dealt with who showed up every day, worked, cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond to complete the job early. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Great work, and very easy company to communicate with.

This is going to be a long review but I feel it is well deserved. If you are looking for a stucco repair/restoration company, I’m very willing to share my experience with ZD Stucco. We got an estimate from ZD for our chimney repair and also for the entire house restoration, and felt very comfortable going ahead with the job based on the interactions with owner Zoltan Dicso, and after checking the company’s BBB rating (A+), and the company’s instagram account (very informative). We also got another quote to compare costs, and felt ZD had given us a fair price and seemed to have more experience with this type of work. I am not exaggerating when I say this is the most positive experience with ANY contractor that we have EVER had. Their communication from start to finish was incredible. You constantly get updates (usually by text) in a very professional manner. Here’s an example: "How are you Mrs Lisa my name is Jorge production manager at ZD stucco repair This text message is regarding your upcoming project please give a call back at your earliest convenience" Thanks Kind regards Jorge Alfaro and "Good morning Mrs Lisa please see attached pictures. This chimney cap must be replaced after renovation to prevent further damage on your chimney we can give you an estimate upon request have a great day" Kind regards Jorge Alfaro Jorge kept us updated all along the way and introduced us to Alberto and Miguel who were doing the on-site work. Alberto made sure the landscape was protected, and the workmanship and work ethic was excellent. The whole job took about 2 weeks, always started on time (usually 8am - 6pm), and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. We are SO HAPPY with the finished work. Our house looks brand new! I would recommend this company without hesitation.

The result was so elegant and eye-catching and my home is now easily the envy on the block. From the beginning, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with Alberto and his team. The new stucco created is so beautiful and my the exterior painting work is so artfully executed. The cost was competing compared to other contractors who do similar work and I am thrilled with the work, and are glad I picked ZD Stucco Repair. I will enjoy many years of the beautiful exterior stucco work they created and definitely plan on having them back for my roof shingles and exterior brick.
