Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Difficult problem with my master toilet and the cast iron pipe. Michael worked here all day. Chris came with the camera, he was amazing as well. It was a very expensive job but without tearing up my house to get rid of the pipe we chose the power flush toilet.$$ Other things needed to be done first. I hope the toilet takes care of the problem. Because of the cost I now call it the queens toilet (me). Btw, after Michael was finished he came and got me to check it out, my bathroom was completely cleaned up the bath rugs were back in place. Thank you Michael, I give you 20 stars for this.

Jessie from Roto Rooter helped us with our clogged toilet. He’s very kind , helpful and knowledgeable . He did a pretty good job . He replaced our toilet and didn’t leave any messy work behind. I would definitely recommend him .

I called Roto-Rooter Plumbing and they sent a tech out right away! Stephen R. was the tech that assisted me when I had a pipe burst in the wall. He was very helpful! He even explained everything he was doing. Even though it was later in the evening and into the night, he remained patient and kind. Very grateful! I will need assistance replacing some bathroom faucets in the near future, and will definitely use this company again!!

David went above and beyond to have all our showers working well and installed two water heaters with new fittings to our water supply. He stayed late in order to make sure we had water that night. He suggested repairs which we needed and didn’t realize it until he showed us the evidence. His pleasant nature and obvious skill in his trade led us to a great experience and confidence in the work that was accomplished! Well done, David!!

Brandon was amazing. He came out to my house for an emergency after hours call for a leaking kitchen faucet, and water all over my floors and dishwasher. He was very informative, kind, and helpful. Our experience with Roto-Rooter was Fantastic! We had an emergency situation with roots invading a pipe causing a backup. I called and explained the situation. Brandon arrived promptly on the same day! He explained each process concerning this matter and ultimately it was determined that a root was invading our pipe to the street. Chris arrived and he explained the procedure, the pricing and Brandon went to work on repairing the pipe. Brandon and other co-workers worked diligently to dig the hole, and found and repaired the pipe and filled in the hole. Brandon returned the next evening and completed the Job. Thank You to Brandon and your crew for your effort and professionalism. I will call them again, as I highly recommend Brandon and the Roto-Rooter Team!
