Javier was awesome! He came out right away and set up dehumidifiers and fans in two areas that were wet. He came back every day to check on the equipment and the moisture amount. Javier did more than we expected and always with a positive attitude. We would highly recommend ServiceMaster Restoration and would use them again in a heartbeat, although we hope we never have to! The service we received was outstanding. All of the people who were involved did a great job. Brittiany Bower did the work up for the damages and the workers, Faustino, Ivan and others were just so professional and did such a great job. It was a devastating event we had in our beautiful custom home and we were so upset. They all were kind and understanding. While I hope we never have to use this service again, I would highly recommend them all.

Following a high pressure hot water line break my master bath and bedroom were flooded with hot water. I made several calls to another restoration company with green vehicles and they never responded. I then called Service Master EMT and they responded immediately. They removed the water and installed multiple fans to dry out my carpeting and walls. They were very efficient and considerate of the property. The visited daily to check the progress. I own an insurance agency in Woodland Hills and this type of loss occurs on occasion. When the opportunity arises I will refer all of our similar client's claims to Service Master EMT. We had flood damage due to a burst angle-valve and used ServiceMaster as a program contractor through AllState. Quality of work was poor with majority work sub'd out; most subs only worked Friday or weekends to fit in work; and almost every aspect of the project had to be repeated about 3 times for poor quality. In the end, project took 8 months when originally quoted for 3 months and ServiceMaster refuses (blocked my phone #) to take any of my calls to get things closed out walking off the job without completing items promised.

We’ve had a great experience with Service Master so far. Lena, Javier & George have been prompt, efficient & very careful in all aspects of packing, cleanup & storage of contents. They have returned calls right away. Recommend highly!

I had a Water leak in my garage this company got sent by my insurance the damaged my house instead of fixing it They damaged my floor which was not damage did cost me more money which insurance didn’t want to take responsibility now I’m calling this company to come and put back the water heater they just ignore me Philly was the guy.

Better, Still needs to be repaired. Awaiting Estimates.
