My wife and I woke up to a leak in our kitchen that completely flooded all 4 rooms of our basement. We found PuroClean online and called them to see if we could get somebody out right away. Cadell answered the phone and told us he could be there within 30 minutes. Sure enough, less than 30 minutes later he and his team were at our door. From start to finish they worked efficiently, communicated every step of the way, helped us work with our insurance to get the repairs covered and did an excellent job addressing the damage. They removed the standing water, ran dryers and dehumidifiers to dry out the space and demolished the damaged walls and floors of our basement down to the studs. Despite the unfortunate situation, Cadell and his team made everything painless. Would definitely recommend PuroClean to anyone looking for quality service.

Puro Clean was at my house a few weeks ago. I made the mistake of not getting an invoice up front and the receipt for my cash payment was supposed be dropped off. I have call the office and the owner several times and nowI believe he has blocked my phone #. I don't think it should be this difficult to provide an invoice and receipt. When I called Saturday I got the National because I guess the fair lawn office was closed and then forwarded my complaint to the corporate office. I would never have gone further with the complaint if only the owner cooperated. At the rate of customer service here, I'm not sure the corp office is going to answer. However, if They cannot send me a receipt, I don't trust them to come back if I had a problem. Be Careful

We had a great experience from start to remediation. Called and was able to have someone immediately take a look and give us a quote.. remediation was a few days after. Cadell was profession and prompt. Recommended!

I had a great experience with this company. We had a wasteline backup in our basement so I called PuroClean of Ridgewood. Cadell (the owner) answered right away and came out quickly. He documented everything with photos and sensors for the insurance company, and started stabilizing and remediating the basement promptly. He left the place clean, disinfected, and ready for renovation within 24 hours, and removed all the waste and trash himself as part of the job. All we had to do was call the insurance company. I am recommending him to my friends and family. Call here first if you have water, fire, or mold problems. He runs a tight ship.
