The experience of quick water removal, mold removal, was easy! We were not expecting a "indoor flood"! Allstate set them up, they were quick, respectful of our property, and came back several times until everything was dried out. The responses were quick when we had questions, the staff was polite, and we were able to leave our young adult daughter there, to let them in and oversee, without problems. The clean up after the dry out was seamless also! The young man left the zipper enclose to b allow for us to continue using now that the rest of the bathroom has to be demolished. He said it would help keep dust contained! How thoughtful!! 100% I would recommend this company, their staff, and their services! Thank you so much! Many blessings to you all!

The Restoration Group were professional, courteous, and very considerate of my time schedule. They did an excellent job protecting my household items and cleaning up everything. Great Job. I would use them again anytime.

There was an accident at my friends/neighbors' house while they were away. This company was hired by the insurance company and have been doing as best of a job as they can without having the owners onsite. Everybody that I have met is nice and seems to care about what they are doing. I have been letting them in and out each day and it's crazy to see the progress. It was a slow start, but they took their time packing up their things and getting everything out so that they could have everything out of the way for demo. It's a huge project. It's not my project so can't speak to pricing. I want to specifically mention Bethany (hope I am correct with her name) because she will find things that she thinks shouldn't get packed and holds them aside. They are getting close to being done and the horrible smell is gone. They also did a good job to save some of the period molding. Only taking off a star because I think the first couple of days should have had a bigger team with more equipment that would get the water and moisture out of there faster, but I wonder if this is a staffing issue. I don't blame the work crew because they were told to do that. But also, what do I know, maybe that's just how it's done.

Did necessary work in a timely, efficient, neat manner. The workers were polite and courteous.

Incompetence at its finest. This group is working at a neighbor's house that had a flood and we've been letting them in and out as they weren't available. They move way too slowly and have actually caused more damage because of it. After the first day that they were "done" they took all the fans, but left dehumidifiers...and soaking wet rugs and pads on the floor and in place. I could not believe it. Then there was an active leak that they knew about but didn't say anything, it was only after I pointed it out that they said that they knew. And then, just because why not add one more thing...they packed all of the keys that they found in the house. Who packs keys? And they don't know where they are, just in one of the 100 boxes that they are stacking up. The neighbors didn't hire them, their insurance company did. And I am certain that this "work" caused more damage. And if you have a question, they tell you to "call corporate". The only nice thing that I can say is that everyone has been friendly, but I don't see a lot of thinking going on or proactiveness.

Thank you Restoration Group for an awesome job of cleaning up my home following a recent flood. Your technicians were consumate professionals. They arrived on time, stayed until everything was addresssed, and followed up for several days after. I highly recommend Restoration Group.

Basement flooded, seemed quick to clean up, but put a bunch of items in a garbage pile without asking us. Luckily I was able to save some important items before they got rid of them. Fill up a gazillion boxes that were only half filled. Guess they are paid on how many boxes they "fill". Every box was either labeled "books" or "vase" which was neither. They also stacked up boxes, the ones they filled and also what I had in the dry past of basement, from floor to ceiling and buried most of my items. At least 1 spoke English, mostly. I have already found broken items and have no idea what I am going to find when I get to my buried items/boxed. Would never use this company again, but our insurance company hired them.
