I waited to call this company after my plumber suggested it for repairs in my bathroom. They called me and set up my account quickly and professionally. Our business basement flooded on a weekend overnight. It was Sunday morning when I made the call and Jon was on site in 30 minutes. He had his machines in place for fast removal of all of the water. Once the water was removed he quickly went into the drying phase which saved the building from more damage and mold setting in. I am impressed by how he and his crew (Michelle, Chris, Jordan, Mike, & Richard!!!) took on this project and saw it all the way through step by step to the very end. Not only did Jon walk me through the process of restoring our building but he also handled all of the insurance parts. He was on site for the adjuster evaluation and dealt with ALL of the insurance company issues. Every email, text, call was answered or returned quickly. Michelle was key in dealing with the insurance company and getting materials. She made sure I had exactly what I wanted for this project. If I was not satisfied with how something went she made sure it was addressed and rectified quickly. I was asked for approvals on items to make sure it was how I wanted something done and was allowed to be involved in this project which was very valuable to me. They were all on time, professional, and respectful of me and the building. In short THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO!! And they did it well in an appropriate amount of time. It was a joy to work with this team and I would have them handle any future projects in our business or home.

You need not look any further. Recommend 100 percent. Omar answered my questions at 8pm Sunday night. He was at our home 12 hours later, to fix the problem. Omar and Scott are so honest and kind. They won't ever try to fool you or convince you of something you don’t need. This company is the only one I will call for mold problems. Amazing people.
