I really thought that dealing with the water damage from a broken washing machine was going to be a horrible headache, but it turns out that not all of it HAS to be. Nik & team were super fast to get out to our location to check out the situation and then we’re back the next day with everything needed to get our space all dried out. They were clearly trying to preserve our quality of life in our apartment, while also making sure that everything that needed to be addressed got addressed. Very respectful, efficient, time-aware, and responsive (via text & call). I felt very at ease and confident that they were taking care of everything - what a relief.

This company is excellent and legitimate. I went with Quick Dry originally but they over promised and under delivered; I was so glad when Nik called me back to check on the project.

Fast response and super easy to work with. We had a water leak that caused quite a bit of damage. PuroClean was recommended by our insurance and came out the next day to begin demolition and mitigation. They worked directly with Allstate and we never saw a bill. They did a good job of drying out our home, but were not very careful with their demolition. While taking down some wet sheetrock in our ceiling, they created a large and jagged hole that extended the damage to our walls. They stapled a plastic "zipper wall" to our drywall, leaving marks that needed to filled in before our walls were repainted. They estimated 3 days to dry out the room where the leak occurred but failed to remove enough tile at first, necessitating additional demo work and several more days of large industrial blowers running non-stop while we tried to stay in our home. The whole process took about two weeks.

We had an uknown water leak that had damaged the wall and carpet. Nik and his crew were quick to come out. The wall had to be torn out, the tech did a great job of removing the damaged wall and clean up. I was nervous that it was going to cost a lot of money, but Nik worked with us and price was more than fair. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I had an accident with our tankless water heater that ended up leaking into our closet in our master bedroom. Our insurance adjuster recommended Puroclean and they came out the very next day. Nick was exceptional! Great customer service. He came out, took pictures, videos, and answered all of my questions. The meeting was quick and to the point. Whether you are working with your insurance company or just doing home remodels, I definitely recommend this company for any home inspections and more!
