When our second floor bath tub started leaking through the first floor ceiling, PDR came to our house to begin their damage assessment the same evening we called. They were clear in communication and would call and text me personally to work around my and my husband’s schedule to complete the work needed. Glen, our project manager, was always on top of everything, and Ryan, our painter and general contractor, worked quickly over three days, all to ensure we were satisfied with the quality of the restoration. I can’t thank them enough, and I would recommend them for their professionalism, their quality of work, and reasonable prices!

Daniel, Omar and Quincy were easy to work with and made our situation easier. Daniel is the man. Props to him for his knowledge and ability to explain the process. I felt comfortable with going forward after his initial inspection. Mitch, Tim and Trey also deserve recognition. All these folks understood how traumatic water damage can feel and they communicated with us in a way that made me feel they knew what we were going through. And the repair work! Top notch! Our floors looks better now than they did prior to damage. Great repair work, from estimate to floor repair to stain color. And Trey nailed the stain color to keep my wife happy! Mary and the contents team did a great job securing our items during the repair and replacing them afterwards. All them were always concerned with our satisfaction. And Sarah, in the office, kept checking in and making sure it was all proceeding according to our expectations. Amazing company and amazing work. Highest recommendation if restoration, repair or the like is required in your home.

PDR was very quick to come out and fix my flooded home. They were very professional and got it done fast. Kagan and the rest of the crew did great work. Glen made sure I stayed updated with what was happening and that I was happy with everything. Tim was also very helpful throughout the whole process.

I worked with Tim Fisackerly from beginning to end and he was absolutely incredible throughout this entire process and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted! Cyndi was also incredible! She was incredibly kind, and She did amazing work on the carpet. She was in and out in no time! Good group of folks you got here. We will definitely be back!
