On a Sunday morning I stepped in water on my bedroom floor. The water was the result of a clogged AC drain. The water ran inside the wall on to the hardwood floor in the bedroom and the wall and floor of the adjacent laundry room. After my call to ServiceMaster Restoration a team arrived within the hour and assess the problem. They identified the cause and immediately began work to dry walls and flooring. They placed fans in both the bedroom and laundry room. Since they identified the clogged drain, I was able to call a plumber to clear the drain and stop the water that day. A team returned on Monday morning bringing additional fans. They monitored the floor and walls for the next several days. My insurance adjuster commented that their quick response saved the cabinets and wall in the laundry room. The wall in the bedroom dried out completely but the hardwood floor did not survive. The Service Master team was very professional. They arrived quickly and immediately began to address the problem. Over the next several days they notified me when they were coming by to check the fans and gave me updates on the progress. Since this was a new situation for me they did a great job of guiding me through the process. I appreciate their service and would highly recommend them if this happens to you.

I had issues with mold in my house. ServiceMaster sent their men to scope the job. The men that worked the job were very professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful. They took care of the problem in a very timely manner. I would definitely call them again and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

We had Service Master come in and clean the carpets, tile and wax the LVL at our church. They did a great job. The service guys were all nice, friendly, and respectful. We will be using them in the future.

We arrived at church and found a leaking water pipe had soaked a large area of our church. Hunter with ServiceMaster answered our call for help on Sunday morning and promptly had a group of technicians and equipment onsite to access the situation and begin the water removal and cleanup. Ethan and the crew checked for moisture, removed the baseboards, and drilled holes as needed to gain access to some of the wet areas. Ethan sketched out a floor plan and measured the affected areas. They vacuumed up the water from the tile floors and extracted water from the carpeted areas. Many high speed fans and dehumidifiers were setup throughout the affected areas to accelerate the removal of the remaining moisture. Colton and Ethan, as well as many others, monitored the progress over the next several days and stayed in touch. As soon as they had an idea and scope of work that was needed, Hunter provided us with a detailed estimate. The primary water removal process was complete on Friday. The ServiceMaster crew removed their high speed fans and dehumidification equipment and cleaned up before they left. They came back a few days afterward and cleaned the carpet. ServiceMaster was very courteous, very professional, and coordinated this cleanup and restoration with our insurance company. If we had questions, they were always just a phone call away. We are very pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend ServiceMaster for your water damage, cleanup, restoration, and carpet cleaning needs. Thanks, Joey Bullock
