The whole gang were wonderful! From Jimmy's crew who cleaned contents to Scott's crew who did all the reconstruction of our home we are grateful. I wanted a new staircase and Mike created this beautiful stairway for us. Good job and God bless you all.
Sump pump broke and within an hour the professionals were on site taking care of our flooded basement. Can’t express my gratitude to Jimmy, Angel, and Ben for tackling such a terrible situation so late into the night. I would encourage all who stumble across this review to use this company if a nightmare flood happens.

Highly recommend for all mitigation and repair needs! After my house fire, Service Master responded immediately before I even heard from my insurance agent. Post-fire home repairs involve endless communication with countless people and lots of hand holding. Amidst all of that, Service Master was the only party that was consistently proactive—updating me, making calls on my behalf, and ensuring things moved forward. Their number one goal was getting back home. Now that the repairs are done, my house looks far better than it did before. From clean up, to mitigation, to full repairs of my home, Service Master did an excellent job start to finish.
Jimmy Kelly and his crew did a marvelous job for us transferring our many belongings from 2 storage units in Ft. Wayne to 2 storage units in Columbia City! They had to walk quite a ways hauling many boxes because their truck would not fit into the storage building we chose. They were friendly and great to work with. I would use them again if I had a need!
Service Master came out the same day that I called! They were professional and did a great job of drying out our basement. They cleaned up any messes they made even while hauling out carpet and drywall. They were in constant communication with us as we were out of town when our basement flooded. I would highly recommend using them!
