The Servpro team did a great job and were very cordial. Their communication with us was very good. Nick Olivio was easy to work with and very helpful. He was very flexible with our schedule as well. Jason was good with his communication with us as well. We were pleased with the work done.

Would leave a zero if I could. Dont sign anything without first getting a quote!! Charged over TWO THOUSAND dollars to clean up a 6x6 bathroom of an toilet overflow. We had a slow drain at a rental property so we had a sewer service clear the main drain through the basement toilet. This naturally left a bit of a mess in the 6x6 bathroom, that I would never ask a resident to clean up. Enter Servpro the following day. Any water that had come up had dissipated. Was there some gross stuff? Yes. My request was to clean up the bathroom. "Sure, no problem!" I then got a call from tech saying that they would need to cut into walls, rip out flooring, rebuild things, etc., as though it was a distaster scene. He was selling me on mitigation and remodeling, using technical jargon so as to intimidate or frighten me. "Whoooaaaa there, little doggy." I'm in the building industry, I know what's what. I made it clear that, for starters, the walls were pvc panels and there was no way the walls soak up water. And secondly, that we had contractors to replace the floor and vanity, etc., and would he please just wipe down the floor and toilet. "Sure, no problem! Can I get a signature? Thanks!" Fast forward...I get a bill for over 2K! They spent ONE DAY onsite. Surely, this had to be the "estimate" for all of the suggested, and refused "service". Nope! I questioned this with the office manager and the tech, and reminded him of the work that was actuallly done...a bathroom cleaning. Too bad, don't care, pay up. Their only defense of the charges (that were NEVER CLARIFIED OR NOTED at the time of service or on the "agreement") is "you signed, pay or gets legal." Wow. They are outrageously expensive, rigid, unreasonable, and no doubt soak homeowners and insurance companies with fear-based jargon of "hazardous waste" (like it was a murder scene); "air scrubbers" (fans); "linear foot this", and "square foot that", "mitigation", "damage", etc. etc. Scary stuff! Perhaps, through no fault of their own, most people fall for this and open their wallet, no questions asked. Long story short, call someone else.

What can I say that others haven't already said?! I am very happy with Servpro and ALL of their employees! They were all kind, caring, listened well, communicated well...plus their entire team were like the best of friends cutting up, singing, and mostly just enjoyed each other and the job at hand! Great crew and great job! Thank you for being there for me and my family during this difficult time! A special thanks to the project manager Tyler and crew members Nick, Jarrell, Ryan, and Caleb! Great job guys!

Jason and his crew were amazing and helped us out promptly when we were in a moment of panic when our new house flooded. Excellent and consistent communication. Hope to never have to use them in the future but if I did, I know exactly who I’d call.

Servpro truly offers 24/7 service. Answered our 1:00 am emergency. Project Manager, Emma Gallo was on-site hours later assessing, measuring & explaining the next phases of cleanup. First crew member to arrive was Theo Jones, to assess equipment needed immediately. Next day, crew member Dawn Lawson, assessed equipments progress of water extraction, placed additional equipment, made flood cuts, drilled holes into walls to speed up drying & deter mold growth. Highly professional, explained every aspect of the project, stayed on task & was on-site for our insurance accessor to review findings. Extremely pleased with this portion of the process.

Servpro came to my aid. I was struggling with other restoration companies and getting no where. I called Servpro and they responded very quickly and gave me a reasonable quote and quickly took care of the problem. They were able to adjust the restoration according to new intervening events with no problem - thanks for making the problem go away!

I was pleased with the work Servpro did to dry out my house. Dawn Lawson was incredible as a crew chief. She explained every detail of the process, communicated well with her crew, and was compassionate about my cats having to deal with the nine blowers for multiple days. Whenever I had a question, she returned my call quickly! Theo Jones and Walter worked hard and were very friendly throughout the entire process. I appreciate having all three of them work on my house!
