Having to need a restoration company is never a good day. Home insurance sent out Rytech, and we are lifetime customers now. Clayton was our tech on most visits and communicates excellently. He kept us informed of arrival and worked with our schedule. Our cleanup job wasn’t the biggest disaster, but Clayton made us feel like a priority. He was prompt and explained the process thoroughly. I recommend Rytech!

Rytech is prompt in their call backs. The technicians have always called or texted 30 before they arrive at my home within their scheduled time window. They were respectful of my property. Rytech was excellent to work with when our hot water tanks caused water damage in two rooms. They were on the scene within two hours of being contacted, they were prompt and very communicative. They were also extremely kind and polite. These issues are mentally stressful but they were amazing to work with through it all.
