Our church, Azle Christian Church, flooded due to pipe bursting during the extreme cold weather in February. Called ServPro West Ft Worth as they were a member of the Azle Chamber of Commerce. Dakota Kirkpatrick was assigned to our claim and he was a true blessing! He walked us through the process as we have not experienced anything like this before - 90% of the church flooded. He was very professional, was calm when we were anxious, always kept us advised of what was going on and what the next step was. We are extremely pleased with the performance of Dakota and ServPro, so much so, that we are also having them do the restoration. ServPro - Dakota and his team proves they are truly service professionals. We are deeply grateful to them!

My home recently had a sewer back up and Serve-pro was called in to do water damage remediation. Andrew Dempsey and Carlos were sent out and both were extremely professional and personable. They walked me through the process throughout the entire remediation ordeal and made me feel at ease that my home was in good hands. They were considerate of my home and empathetic to my situation! Words cannot explain my husband’s and my gratitude for the kindness and quity of the work Andrew and his team did for us. The bottom of our water heater rusted and water destroyed much of our 1st floor while we were gone on vacation. Andrew came with a very competent crew (Dom, Noah, Zach, and Kole) working through weekends over a 2 week period. When we arrived home the shock of the state of our house was overwhelming. They calmed us down, explained what had happened, what they were doing, and what the process would be on a go forward basis. Each person on the crew was exemplary. Andrew and crew were a g_dsend. Today they came to remove the fans - their job was done. Feeling overwhelmed with the chaos of our belongings that were removed from the effected area, I broke down, and Andrew came to my rescue, telling me he would get boxes and wardrobes tomorrow so we could start organizing the chaos; its not even part of his job. Andrew and his crew went above and beyond for us, and we are eternally grateful.

Henry was excellent! He was very professional, showed up on time, wore shoe covers to respect our home, was very knowledgeable about mold, and helped us with our problem. He wasn’t pushy & didn’t make us feel like we needed to do any unneeded repairs. Highly recommend and will definitely use in the future, if needed! Thank you, Henry!!!!!
