Bay Area Restoration

First time using Bay Area Restoration, certainly not the last. From making the appointment on line to the time Alex walked out the door, the entire experience was perfect. The young lady that made my appointment was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They reconfirmed my appointment the night before, Alex, the young man that was to do the work, called about 1/2 hour before he was to arrive. He did a quick walk through, asked about spots etc. and then went to work. He was dressed appropriately, neat and clean, super nice and very thorough. Alex did his work in a very timely manner and was in and out within the hour. The company truck was in great shape, also clean and that tells a lot about the company you just hired. My carpets look amazing and they were dry within a few hours unlike the last company that left my carpets so wet it took two entire days to finally dry. I think I have finally found a company that will be taking care of my cleaning needs from now on. Thank you Bay Area Restoration for a job well done.

Fantastic service and results. We had a large area rug cleaned. 20+ years of dirt and pet dander removed, and the rig looks brighter and better than ever. And, I can't say enough good things about Alex on their delivery team: he was courteous and careful in our home, came late in the evening return the rug at my request (when rescheduling would not work), and adjusted the placement until it was just right. Will definitely hire for future rug cleaning needs!

Alex is the best in the business and a real pleasure to work with. Before calling Bay Area Restoration we did much research and tried others in the past, but now will go back to Alex for all of our cleaning needs. We've used their services twice within the past few months. Our general carpet cleaning was perfect, as well as spot cleaning and area rug cleaning services. Alex was able to take care of my water damaged sub-floor and repaired my carpet padding with ease. Great turnaround time, professional, and efficient. Water damage is no fun but if the need arise, I will definitely use their service again!

Alex was a wonderful technician! I showed him a spot where I had spilled hot wax on the carpet and told him don't worry about it, I'm sure it won't come out. I think he took that as a challenge. It looks brand-new again! I can't believe he got all that wax out of my carpet! I thought the price was very reasonable! I asked him for his card so that I am sure to call him back next time!

It was great working with Alex on our emergency project. He took care of the water damage to my unit caused by plumber who ran off without taking care of the mess. Anyways, it is safe to know that this company gives excellent customer service and will be very diligent and careful in handling your property. I know I have used this company several times in the past and they are honest and great in giving customer satisfaction .

Bay Area Restoration did a great job on my living room carpet. We had a drain overflow which caused water damage to the living room. They brought in fans to dry out the foundation & carpet, monitored it for 3 days and put the carpet back in place. Looked brand new after it was then cleaned. Very professional. Love working with small businesses that take such pride in there services.
