I had a leak in my roof over the garage, after contacting my roofing company they reach out to Real Restoration Solutions who showed up to my house within 2 hours. Spencer and his team got to work immediately setting up fans in the attic and garage, they also took readings for a starting point. Spencer explained everything in detail and made sure everything was dry before removing the equipment. Overall it was a great experience considering the circumstances. I was referred to Real Restorations by a family member for a job that is a little out of scope of their normal restoration work. But Spencer was amazing at helping us get new flooring through the majority of our home.
