The downstairs of my home was flooded from my water heater busting. Shawna came in and did her adjustment and realized the insurance company left off so many things! She fought them until they gave the full amount for what it was gonna cost to repair my home! The project manager, Mike, was so helpful through the whole reconstruction process. He constantly communicated with me about what they were doing, how things were going, and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with their work and communication and would recommend them to anyone!
I had a leak in my spare bathroom that completely ruined the flooring in my home. Shawna came out to assess the damage the same day and started the water mitigation process the following morning. My homeowners insurance was pushing back and wanting to pat half of the actual cost to repair correctly. S&S wasn't going to let that happen. Shawna fought the insurance adjuster and worked directly with management to make sure my home was repaired correctly. I'm so grateful for S&S and their entire crew.
