Holy cannoli! Please disregard the before pictures of the triplets' rooms been through all 5 kids and observe the impressive transformation. Stanley Steamer did an outstanding job! I frequently use my home steam cleaner, but it's evident that it's a waste of time. Big shout out to Nate and Mike with Gonzales Stanley Steamer! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

The techs were courteous, efficient and professional. They explained the process and also gave 24 hour pointers to follow while also sharing maintenance tips!!! The carpet looks brand new and smells great too!!! Thanks Stanley staff

Toby was very respectful, patient and friendly. showed me before and after pictures. I would like a copy of those photos since management might consider reimbursing me since the maintenance tech at these apartments claim they had cleaned the carpet. I like the remarkable difference in appearance and the odorizer which Toby said will fade over time. Toby and his assistant moved my personal belongings for me without complaining. I've never had any complaints about Stanley Steemer over the years and I don't have any with apartment #37 at Allen Court Apartments.

The technicians were excellent. They introduced themselves upon arrival and Blaze clearly explained the entire process before getting started, including what to expect from the results and what to do is any issues arise. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Very pleased with their work. Thank you!

Randall and Parnell with Stanley Steemer did an excellent job with my dryer vent cleaning today! They were fast, efficient, and very professional. I really appreciated their understanding attitude, no judgment, and the way they explained everything clearly. I am so excited about the results! My couches and area rug were in dire need of cleaning. I wasn’t even sure the stains could be removed. But, they look amazing now. The color in my area rug is bright red again! 10O% satisfied with the customer service, professionalism, and the cleaning results! And they were in and out in less than 40 minutes!! Highly recommend these guys and will call them when I’m ready for grout cleaning!
