Gunns Restoration

We used Gunns to clean our linens after a house fire. They were very kind and helpful right after the fire. There was a misunderstanding on exactly how much they were taking/cleaning. They accommodated us to come out there on a Saturday to go back through everything to sort through exactly what they were going to clean and what was being gotten rid of. After that it became more difficult. After things were cleaned they brought back everything that was and was not cleaned. We were not asked if we wanted them to get rid of what was not cleaned. It was good that they didn't throw anything out because they did not clean quite a bit that I had set aside to be saved - including my AU son's stuff animals that were his big obsession. Getting them to come back to get what was to be cleaned and throw away the rest and find an item that they lost- difficult. Then it took MULTIPLE phone calls and emails to get them to send us an itemized list of what was not cleaned. They never returned my messages but did finally email the list to my husband. The items we got back were cleaned well and we are thankful for that but getting to that point was an ordeal.

Alonzo was very friendly and accommodating when picking up my rug to be cleaned after a water leak. On the other end, Peter was also very nice and friendly when delivering my rug back to me. Peter went above and beyond by cheerfully offering to clean a hanging lamp (including the bulbs!) under which the rug was about to be placed. And the rug looks great!

Peter was fantastic, he came in and took charge of everything, checked all the boxes of shoes and clothing all the drawer and removed everything that was wet I rate him a five in my book. Great job Peter. Thank you Gunns for your service.

I had a great experience working with Jennifer and Terri. They did an outstanding job and were extremely thorough throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. The warehouse is modern, well-organized, and fully equipped to handle any and all appliance or electronic restoration needs. Highly recommend their services!

I can’t say enough good things about Gunns Restoration. After lightning struck and caused fire in our home, their team stepped in and made the process so much easier. Alonzo, our project manager, was amazing — professional, kind, and always kept us in the loop. They took great care in restoring our electronics, appliances, and clothing. When something happens and you have to hire a company like Gunns Restoration, we all know it's going to be a difficult road to navigate and advocate for yourself in a world we know nothing about. Well, I am delighted to say that by hiring Gunns - it was as seamless as this unfortunate process could go! I worked with Sky and she was not only professional, but human. I mean a kind, considerate, and understanding person that actually heard my concerns and rectified them in a timely manner and kept me in the loop throughout. Between insurance, my sentimental belongings, and home I worked hard to earn - I was beyond overwhelmed and she was able to put me at ease with her communication, friendly demeanor, and actions. The end result of a tragic situation had the best outcome possible and I can't thank Sky enough for making that happen!! Thank you, Gunns for saving my belongings and Sky for saving my sanity!! 10/10
