Camelot Emergency Water Removal

This crew has been amazing since day one! Nobody wants to deal with water damage! I called and there was someone at my house within an hour. The crew arrived not long after. They were exceptional in relaying information to me, in handling our household materials that were scattered around in haste trying to stay ahead of the water and in being respectful to my family members. Not one step of the way did I feel like I was alone in handling this emergency. I knew I was in great hands working with these amazing men!

We had water in basement and called Franklin plumbing who referred us to Camelot in the meantime to dry everything. They got right on it and began the drying process fast! They came back to check daily and dried everything in a few days. Great workers and service! Highly recommend!

Tom was excellent at explaining the process to deal with our leak. Both Adam and Michael were professional and efficient placing the equipment and were sensitive to making sure everything was done properly. I would not hesitate to use Camelot in the future and highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with the team. We had a plumber come out and fix a small leak that had left a water stain on our basement ceiling. They recommended Camelot. Isaac came and gave us an estimate within 30 mins or so of the plumber leaving. We were given a fair estimate so we went ahead with the work. Isaac said "The crew will be here within the hour.". I kid you not Tim and Aidan were at the house no more than 20 minutes later. They got right to work tearing the drywall out and cleaning everything as they went. After they left Jake came out and checked the progress of their machines the next few days. (Those machines make your house hot!) if they place a machine near your pantry we recommend moving things that might melt. We have a small laundry room and it got up to 122 degrees. All in all great work.

Had a sewage backup in my basement. Gross. Camelot came out within a few hours on a Sunday morning, tore out the damaged carpet and helped us sort through what belongings could be cleaned and what should be thrown out. They then thoroughly cleaned what was left. They setup drying equipment, checking on the progress every day. They always were respectful of our house and wore shoe covers to keep from tracking mess through the house. Today is day 3 after the "flood" and they just packed up their equipment. Riley and Tyler did a great job. The basement is cleaner than they found it. Thanks!
