I had a fire in my Condo, losing almost everything to smoke damage. Art Recovery was able to remove some very beautiful oil paintings that my late mother had painted and restore these to look just like new. I also had a baby grand piano and harp that they were able to save and clean up! I really value this company for being able to save some irreplaceable things from my home

No Stars. They couldn't clean a Dishwasher and never contacted anyone about it until they returned all the appliances over a year later. The explanation was the inside of the dishwasher could not be cleaned because the Soot etched the plastic. Not sure how that was possible with the door shut and installed under the cabinet. Refrigerator door gasket still had Dirt in the folds and the back cover for the compressor & Condenser was missing. Bottom of the doors still filthy. Gas Stove burners still dirty. Really not sure what they did.

I had an old pairing that had been in storage for awhile that my mom loves. It was stained and dirty. ART of Grand Rapids was able to bring it back to life. They communicated through the whole process and asked for my input along the way. Great service.
