Chad, our project manager at Restore Pro, did an amazing job rebuilding our home after it was struck by a huge tree. He was always very kind and understanding. He explained every detail of the process, and even went beyond giving recommendations on how and where to find help for our rebuilding process. My family and I are so grateful for their support. Jeff Gordon and crew restored my mother’s home from a fire and done a fantastic job! Jeff is very thoughtful, inspiring, and professional. His experienced crew worked hard for 8 months on the restoration of the home. We are very grateful, thankful, and satisfied with all the work from RestorePro.

Everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. Grady was the first person I had contact with. Just talking with him made me want to hire this group! Then Kennedy set up looking at the problem. She was helpful in getting the ball rolling and helping show the insurance company the damage needing repair. Bradley was the one who went to scope out the work and set things up. They came when they said they would and did the job well and in the timeframe they set. They were all communicative and sensitive to my long distance and to the tenant as well. I am pleased with them and the results of their work!

As soon as I contracted with another company to proceed with the addition of a screened in patio, the interior of the back side of my townhome was damaged by a mystery water leak — wall and flooring. We’re in the process of demolishing pergola and cover to assess the occurrence of additional leakage. Gary, our Project Manager, has been instrumental in leading the mitigation team and am sure the repair work will be skillfully completed. Clay, a door specialist, just repaired a stuck and non-closing back door on the affected wall side. So appreciative!

Technicians Jonathan Mondragon and Alam Zagada came to my home after 8pm on a Monday to help with severe damage from a huge leak that happened on Sunday. They made it their priority when no one, not even the plumber thought it was important enough to come out right away. They were courteous, thorough, respectful and made me feel like my family and our unfortunate situation mattered and was just as much their concern as it is ours. I would recommend them to any and everyone that will listen. I pray this never happens again but if it does. I know who to call. Thanks guys.

My experience with restore pro was a wonderful experience. The entire team did an excellent job, but most of all Bradley and Nick, was amazing. Let me brag on Bradley for one moment. When I tell you, he listen to me as in what I wanted, he heard me. He didn’t stop until he found what I wanted within my budget. He is an angel sent to your company, restore pro is blessed to have Bradley apart of your team.
