MVP Restorations

I noticed water on the outside of my house leaking at the slab in the kitchen. MVP Restoration was the first company to respond and sent someone out same day and within an hour of calling. Dustin looked around the front and inside of my kitchen sink and identified the problem. It could have been a much bigger issue, but Dustin identified that it was a busted valve on my dishwasher line. Same day simple and cost effective fix that solved all my problems. Very professional and excellent customer service at an affordable price. I would recommend MVP Restoration to anyone needing help without hesitation! Thanks MVP!!!

After our water heater malfunctioned we had water in our laundry room and at least 2 additional carpeted rooms. Freddy was here within an hour of me calling and was beyond helpful and professional. He explained the process and went to work! I have been very impressed not only with Freddy but the follow up appointments as well. Would highly recommend this company if you ever find yourself in this situation.

We only reach out to these guys in a crisis, and if you’re anything like me, when things go wrong, you need as much information as possible to quiet your mind. They came to our house within 30 minutes of the first call. When they arrived, they answered all my questions regarding the procedure, the severity of the water damage, and advice on how to move forward. Great team, would highly recommend. David came out to fix our plumbing and did an excellent job. He was very hands-on and quickly identified and repaired the issue with our valve, getting our system running again in no time. He was professional, helpful, and arrived so quickly after we called. We really appreciate his great service!

I called MVP Restoration after a horrible fire in my home. I spoke to Mary who listened as I explained what happened and expressed my fears. She reassured me that everything would be okay and that she would be sending her project manager who would be able to answer all of my questions.. Dustin, went out the same day and after showing him all of the damage which was not hard to see he explained what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. He definitely put my mind at ease without being pushy and overbearing, which was what I was getting from a lot of companies who were trying to get my business.. Long story short MVP Restoration did an amazing job putting my home back together! I was very impressed with how great of a team they were. From start to finish they answered every question anytime I called. Great communication and great work from a great team! MVP was prompt in responding to the emergency water damage to my home. The entire process from: mitigation, pack out, reconstruction and build back went well. They also took the initiative to make sure my home was cleaned after all the work was completed in my home. They kept me updated throughout the process. They also dealt with the insurance company as well. All the people who are part of the MVP team were professional, courteous and respectful. I highly recommend MVP.

JR and Monica went above and beyond to help my Mother with the restoration and cleanup after her refrigerator's icemaker flooded the kitchen, den, and formal dining area. They came out several times to check the moisture levels of the carpets and reposition the fans as needed. They were both thoughtful, courteous, kind, and efficient. Everyone we have had contact with from MVP RESTORATION has been top notch! JR and Monica are 5 plus stars!
