The Dry Guy Restoration

Really great experience with this company. I had flooding in one room of my rental home, which they handled professionally and promptly, especially as I live 3 1/2 hours away. Great follow up and communication and great pricing too. I had to contact water remediation from another company about 4 years ago and they were more than double the price. I highly recommend and would use again (although I hope I never have to)!

Super happy with the work all of these guys performed. Zac was the first out, within an hour of calling in on a Saturday. He had all of the water out and the saturated carpet removed that afternoon. An electrician was required to run temporary power, and Zac coordinated all of that immediately. They used 34 pieces of heaters/dryers/extractors which ran over several days. If I had not been able, they would have removed all of the furniture. State Farm was complimentary of them as well, and the general consensus is to use an independent company like this rather than one of the big companies you see advertised on TV. Highly recommend.

Zac patiently answered every question and offered clear, honest advice. He truly cares about his work and delivering exceptional customer service. I've had the pleasure of working with Dry Guy Restoration several times over the last few years. They are always on sight quickly, work with a "saving the property" attitude, not a "rip it out" attitude. They have always been honest, fair and above board with every referal I've sent there way. It's no wonder everyone of them has been impressed. Truly a great group!

Chris was awesome for us when we had water damage. We turned down other companies to go with Dry Guys because we trusted that he would not take advantage of the situation for a money grab. I hope we never need them again, but if we do, Chris and Dry Guys will be who we call first.
