I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional work done by Bull Matrix Restoration on our home. From start to finish, the experience was professional, organized, and exceeded my expectations. A huge part of that success was thanks to Julio. He is, without question, one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. His communication was clear, his workmanship was top-notch, and he approached every part of the project with real pride and dedication. It’s rare to find someone who consistently follows through, pays attention to every detail, and truly cares about delivering a great end result. Julio made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He kept us updated, explained everything in a way that made sense, and treated our home with the highest level of respect. You can tell he takes his job seriously, and the final result reflects that. Our home looks fantastic, and we are genuinely grateful for the care and quality he put into it. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Julio for his hard work and commitment, and to Bull Matrix Restoration for having someone of his caliber on their team. He absolutely earned this five-star review.
BMR did a phenomenal job with the restoration project for flooring, ceiling, and painting repair. The technical repair team, particularly the tiling with the attention to detail, was superb. The project management support throughout our project was exactly what was needed along the way as well. They knew how to help with insurance companies and finding good deals for the budget we had. Thank you!
Worst experience with a contractor Ive ever had. They are the disaster. They removed the siding of my house before they even ordered the replacement. So I had my house unprotected for 50 days. Luke the project manager was condescending when I asked when the new siding would arrive and rude when i asked why they left nails and razor blades all throughout my grass and backyard. They offered no help when water ended up leaking into my basement due to not having siding, They left their trash onsite for months until I had to send them pictures to prove they had no cleaned up. Absolute disaster of an experience.
Vince came to our home to do an estimate on a rebuild due to water damage from a leak. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time. He took a very stressful situation and made it feel like it was manageable, that we weren't in it alone, and that he would be working on our behalf when dealing with the insurance company. It was a pleasure meeting him.
Worst experience ever! If your want your project done quick, and handled in a professional and courteous manner, don't use this company. As for quality and competence, all I can say is they didn't even check the bedroom light fixture before starting any work. The light bulb had about an inch of water floating around in it and the light would quite often flicker, yet they would still continue using it. Once my insurance approved BMR's estimate and BMR received payment in full, there was a total of 8 week days they could have come out to work on the restoration of my laundry room and basement bedroom (until we decided they were too slow and just didn't care so we fired them). Of those 8 days, we only had someone come 4 times for a total of about 14 hours (and half of this time there was only 1 person instead of 2). I would ask when they would be out next and they always had excuses. ie: They were letting mud dry (even though there were plenty of other things in the restoration process they could have worked on), they were busy with other jobs, I was once told the workers were out of hours for the week so they couldn't come. Basically, my restoration seemed to be not important to them at all. They would tell me they would be out in the morning. but not come until the afternoon, or say they would come and then cancel and say it would have to be the next day. Upon firing them and asking for payment of the insurance money to be sent back, they told me it would take 30 to 45 days for the refund. Approximately 2 weeks after I fired them I spoke with Jason in their accounting department. He said they had to give time for all the contractors to submit their receipts. I asked what he meant by ALL the contractors. I told him there was only 1 contractor on my project. I asked why he can't just call the 1 contractor and ask if they have all their receipts submitted and he said they don't do things like that like that. I spoke with him again about a week later and he said they were having a meeting to review my refund, but he said they still won't be issuing it until at least 30 days because they have the right to wait that long (but he wouldn't send me anything in writing stating that). I had to get not only my insurance involved, but also the liaison between my insurance and BMR in order to get my refund finally sent to me. It was an unnecessary drawn out processes from the day I began working with them, until I finally got my refund. Even Progressive Insurance said they will submit them for consideration to be removed from Progressive's preferred vendor list. This is not an exaggerated or made up review. I have camera footage, photos, text message and documentation that I can post later to back up everything in this review if they wish to dispute it.
Jaden from Bull Matrix Restoration was very professional throughout the process. He took time to inspect the water damage and walk me through the process. Everyone at the company I spoke with were very helpful. I highly recommend.
BMR did a perfect job fixing the damage caused by our leaking washing machine. The water spread into our hallway, closet, and utility room. BMR communicated directly with our insurance company which made the process much easier for me since I did not have to be the middle-man between the two companies. They worked out all the billing. The clean up was very fast and extensive. Then, the repair process made the damaged property look like new. Lastly, the final clean up also was perfect. Some BMR employess that really stood out and did a fanstic job: Luke Slivkoff, Julio Del Pinal, & Kimberly Applegate. Thank you so much.
