Total Flood & Fire Restoration

Brian Wilson came out the same day I called him about the flooding in my basement from a sprinkler manifold. My insurance company wanted to deny my claim and he Went above and beyond and talk to my insurance adjusters to show pictures of why this is covered and he got my entire project covered under my insurance claim. I am so grateful for everything he’s done. Can’t wait for everything to be fixed.

Brian and Brogan took such good care of us. We had a surprise leak in our kitchen that damaged our kitchen flooring and cabinets, plus the basement. Initially, we had another restoration company show up (I won't name them but I think our insurance company sent them). They didn't remove any sheet rock, pull up any flooring, or do anything else to assess the extent of the damage; they just put out some fans in our kitchen and basement. We had a family member recommend Brian (Total Flood and Restoration), and he sent Brogan over to look at things. His guys got to work assessing everything, removing damaged sheet rock, looking underneath flooring and cabinets, and checking everywhere for moisture. Throughout the restoration process, we wanted to tweak and upgrade some things in our kitchen and basement. Brogan was very helpful and accommodating with what we wanted to do, and the final results turned out awesome. Sometimes the changes we wanted to make slowed things down a little, but Brogan was patient with us and made some wonderful things happen for our home. Flooding and fire are never fun to deal with (as well as an extremely-slow-to-respond insurance agent and company, which will also remain unnamed). But it helps to have a professional restoration company like Total Flood and Fire Restoration on your side putting everything back together again. Thanks guys!

We had a major flood in our basement. We had a lot of boxes of books. Total Restoration came out right away and began to take care of things. The boxes were hauled out of the basement. The walls and floor were dried, carpet and flooring replaced. They were very professional and nice to work with the entire time. They worked great with our insurance.
