Best Option Restoration has been outstanding in handling the water remediation in our basement. Ash, Dom, and the entire team have been exceptional from start to finish. When our water heater ruptured and flooded the basement wall to wall, I called Ash, the project manager, and he arrived within an hour. He immediately coordinated with Dom and the rest of the team, and they got to work right away. That same day, they installed large dehumidifiers and industrial fans to begin the drying process. By the next day, they had removed all damaged materials, including carpet, wood flooring, trim, and the bathroom vanity. They left the dehumidifiers and fans in place for several days to ensure the floor, sill plates and drywall dried thoroughly. The team returned daily to inspect progress and take moisture readings. They also worked seamlessly with our insurance company, providing the necessary documentation and estimates. Ash even met the insurance adjuster onsite to review the damage and outline the restoration plan. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with this company. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.

I had a last minute emergency/incident right before selling/closing on our house, Best Option Restoration took our situation very seriously, cooperated through the whole process and went above and beyond to restore our house by our deadline. Waking up to a flooded basement (both finished and unfinished with storage) was not delightful, but, Wes and Allan of Best Option Restoration made it a stress-free experience!! We rang them at 7.45am, and they were at our house within an hour! Not only is their customer service amazing (!!), but they are transparent, knowledgeable (what they may not know on the spot, they will get the answer..i.e. working with plumbers to find additional causes of leaks), and very reliable!! I cannot begin to tell you how impressed we were with everything they did. The basement is now totally dry, carpet pulled up, dry-wall inspected and clear of any mold, and ready to be re-done. Thank you, Wes and Allan, for turning what was a disaster into a positive experience.

I can’t describe enough about how amazing this company is. Wes and his team are incredible. My dad passed away and I inherited his house and the piped burst in the house. The house was completely flooded and had the worst mold I have ever seen in my life. I was dealing with the loss of my dad and this unfortunate water damage that had unexpectedly occurred in the house. I would highly recommend this company! They are top notch! The owner is quick to respond either in text, phone call or email. His crew is responsible, respectful and very understanding. I would highly recommend them to all!!!

Imagine discovering at 10 PM that your washer hose has broken off during use, and that 2/3 of your first floor is standing in water, and later that evening, that your large finished lower level is waterlogged, with the ceiling, walls, and carpet all soaked and having to be replaced.... If that ever happens to you, I hope you will call Best Option Restoration of West Columbus. This company is the only way we survived such massive damages. Wes arrived at 11 PM and worked until around 2 AM cleaning up our home as much as possible; the next morning, Wes arrived with a crew of 4 more to begin the restoration process of all the damages we suffered. His crew began immediately to remove all the ruined ceilings, walls, and flooring; and he worked right alongside us with our insurance company and fought tooth and nail to be sure our home was brought back to its original quality. I cannot say enough about the comfort of Best Option Restoration's work at such a disastrous time. You will never regret calling on Wes and his crew when you need genuinely skilled and caring people in charge of your mitigation and restoration.

They were very quick to respond to my flooded basement. They worked fast and thorough. Shae and Dom were amazing. I also loved how they gave me ideas and options about going forward, but didn't push me. They were patient as I made decisions, sometimes that took a couple of days. I really loved that. It was great being presented with ideas and options and then given the freedom to choose what fits me best. They even gave me ideas on how to prevent things in the future. That shows how much they care, when they actually try to help you prevent needing them in the future!!!!
