I had a great experience with this company the owner and his workers were very kind and polite. The communication was excellent. They spent several weeks working on my situation. They sent photos of the work they did each day and communicated clearly with me each day on the plan. They were careful with my home and closed off the area that was affected until the area was dry and treated. They kept my cats from escaping when coming in and out. They helped me obtain a plumber and a contractor to do physical repairs and they were also wonderful to work with. They even worked with my insurance agent to move things along. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Restoration 1 of HB! I got my bathroom completely redone along with mold removal. Joseph is great at what he does, giving you great explanations & a clear understanding of what is being done. Fair pricing in my opinion. Huge shoutout to Javier!!! Joseph and his team are very responsive and focused on customer satisfaction. I first contacted them through their homepage after normal business hours Friday evening hoping to hear back on Monday. I was surprised to get a call 10 minutes later and made an appointment for the following Saturday morning.
